With the trailer assembled it's time to move on to the cabin. The first step is the deck, constructed of two layers of quarter-inch birch plywood attached - with nails and glue - to a frame made from 1 x 4 poplar boards. The boards will be joined with matching half-laps,and the spaces will be filled with styrofoam insulation.
